On April 9, 2026, officers from the Force Intelligence Department Special Tactical Squad (STS) stopped a trailer truck in Akwanga, Nasarawa State. Hidden under sacks of groundnut shells were 60 tonnes of stolen railway tracks and sleepers. This stolen infrastructure, worth over ₦400,000,000, belonged to the Nigerian people.
