Benjamin Kalu @OfficialBenKalu · Yesterday, I was at the Situation Room for the FCT Area Council elections alongside the Chairman of the Campaign Council, His Excellency Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq of Kwara State, and His Excellency Governor Prince Dapo Abiodun of Ogun State. As Secretary of the Council, I remained actively engaged at the APC Situation Room as we reviewed operational briefings and monitored live updates across the six Area Councils of the FCT, with every report assessed and concerns addressed in real time. Elections are not won by chance, but through deliberate actions and informed decisions. The FCT, as the melting pot and seat of our nation’s authority, demands disciplined coordination and serious-minded engagement. Yesterday’s oversight and monitoring reflected our commitment to accountability and structured execution. As the results have now shown, our great party, the APC, secured victory in five out of the six Area Councils. I congratulate our candidates, party faithfuls, and supporters on this win. I also commend the Campaign Council for its strategic planning, and sustained presence throughout the process ensuring this victory. I am confident that this same dedication and disciplined approach will be replicated in forthcoming elections across the nation.
